Nolan exceeded all my expectations! He helped me two years ago find a rental and there was no question in my mind that I wanted him to help me find a home to buy. Nolan walked me through every step of the way as if it was my first time buying. He treated my situation as if it was his very own home search. He always made sure I was protected and his connection in the real estate world made the sellers accept my offer over other offers on the table. He doesnt just disappear after the transaction closes. He helped recommend someone to treat the concrete due to pet stains and a great carpet installer. He even came to help me clear out the garage once the transaction was closed so I could move my items into the garage and helped find people to clear out other items that were left by the previous owner.
