Arthur Love was extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Windermere area. Even the surrounding greater Orlando area in that matter. He was always available to help guide us through the process whether it be concerns we had or the emotional therapy we needed.. This was our first time selling a home and we did not know what to expect, but he was always available to listen. We really valued his time and eagerness to do what was right for us. It takes a passionate, hard working individual to make the selling of a home seamless and successful. We had great offers on our house the first on the market.Responsiveness: If there was a question, we had an answer of a promise date that was met or exceeded.Negotiation Skills: Not only did he negotiate with skill based on the real value of our home, he provided us very good support while buying our new home.I would rate Arthur Love's expertise as 5-Star with little improvement even possible.
