Mindy took me to look at dozens of homes over lots of weekends. She knew exactly what I wanted and took me to the neighborhoods I wanted. When I was close to making a choice, she took be back to the house twice. She negotiated passionately on my behalf, understanding my point of view and helping me get the best deal possible. Knowing the age of the house, she recommended I get the sewer line scoped. This turned out to be good advice since I was able to get money back at closing for repairs. Mindy made the offer and closing process as seamless as possible. Not being familiar with NM real estate, she explained everything fully.
