My wife and I were hesitant to even use a realtor, we thought we could manage on our own. We felt we knew the market and bottom line we felt we would get a better deal without a realtor. But honestly we were wrong, and I would advise anyone who isnt in the real estate profession to use a realtor, and to use Kevin. We met Kevin at an open house, and we had met several others agents the same way. But Kevin was different - not pushy, not aEURoesellingaEUR? us the house. Instead he was asking questions about what we liked and didnt like about the house and trying to get to know how he could eventually find a home that made sense for our family. The home we eventually bought never would have hit our radar if we didnt go with Kevin. It wasnt even listed on the public sites, but Kevin got us in touch with the sellers and it all worked out. If you want a yes man, dont go with Kevin because he will give his opinion, even if its different from yours. But if you want someone who will work with you, instead of simply working for you, give him a call.
