Kyle and Jamie Odiorne with Owning Texas were terrific! We called them after seeing their sign n a yard. My daughter, age 26, was looking to buy her first home. The housing market in the Austin area is extremely competitive; however, Kyle remained diligent in helping my daughter find a new home below market within her price range. Like many agents do, he didnt turn her away because she was young and her max budget was $200,000. He showed us many, many houses over a two week period, but he never pressured us during the search. When my daughter found her perfect house in Del Valle, Kyle and Jamie negotiated a great deal with the seller and my daughter got everything she needed; even new appliances. Although at times it was an overwhelming and tedious process, they walked us through all of the many details and answered any questions we had. This made her first home-buying experience a seamless one. Kyle and Jamie were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, nice people. I would recommend them to anyone searching for that perfect home.
