It all started with a click on Zillow... my wife and I were in the process of TRYING to find a house to buy. We had just sold a house and were relocating for work, and were playing around on the Zillow app hoping something magical would come along. We had heard horror stories about the current market (the buyers of our last home looked at over 50 houses between 2 realtors) so were apprehensive about wasting anyones time, as well as overspending in a crazy market. Using the Zillow aEUR~contact an agent feature about a specific house we wanted to see, Brenda called back within about 3 minutes and was completely eager to take the time to show us the property. Brenda was patient, extremely responsive, didnt sugarcoat the state of the market, wasnt afraid to lend her opinion, and felt like a true advocate for us during the process. Weve worked with other agents in the past who seemed more inclined to churn and burn their sales... Working with Brenda felt completely different, as she was there FOR us and WITH us in an emotional time. We looked ata number of houses, and tried to buy one of them to no avail. We thought we would rent for a year and take the pulse of the market down the road, and then a late night MLS search led to us finding our dream home. As we understand it, there were over a dozen offers and 100 phone calls within 3 days of listing. We decided to make an offer, which we later amended at the suggestion of Brenda. Quite frankly, I dont think we would have gotten the house if it wasnt for Brendas open honesty, her creativity, her persistence in the process, and her fast action (the woman doesnt seem to stop working, God bless her!) we are in love with our new Home, and we are forever grateful to Brenda for her help getting us there. I understand that Brenda won agent of the year at her shop... its no wonder why after working with her. Thank you Brenda!!!
