As a first time homebuyer, I could not have been in better hands! In addition to having a wealth of knowledge about Philadelphia, the housing market, and ins and outs of the home-buying process, Sara is tremendously observant, savvy, and careful. Her attention to detail and vast network of contacts made it so I always felt armed with the most nuanced and up-to-date information; her honesty and ability to listen instilled so much trust, too, and she always delivered! She did an incredible job understanding what was important to me and every step of the way she explicitly and implicitly ensured that she honored my core values and I am so happy with the home that I was able to purchase with Sara's invaluable help. Also, for what seems like an inherently stressful process, Sara mitigated stress at every turn through her excellent (and patient) communication--preparing me, coaching me, and then checking in with me to make sure I had all of the information and sounding boards I needed.
