We can't believe we struck luck and got to work with Mindy Yasuda and Jennie Lok Zen Coast Real Estate team when we had to sell our home! It was during the holiday season (just one month ago in Nov!) which is a slow season in the real estate market, especially with the high interest rates. We just bought a house and needed to sell our home asap and expected it would sit on the market for a while. However, Mindy and her team got to work so quickly as we were packing and lined up all the essential contractors, inspectors, stagers, and photographer. By the time we moved out, she had her team working on the house at lightning speed. It was on live on the market in just 12 days! And after the first day it went live on MLS, we got a strong pre-emptive offer that was wayyy over asking and comps! We officially closed on this house yesterday. It is still surreal how quickly we were able to sell our home in a slow market and we couldn't have done it without Mindy. She is organized, communicative, resourceful and an astounding project manager. We did not have to do one single thing because of how well she took care of it all. Any issues that came up, she found a solution for it. Her ability to corral contractors to finish on time is a big feat! She is also very accommodating when we needed support getting rid of some furniture but were no longer at the house and helped us gather our packages that were accidentally shipped there. We wish we can give over 5 stars for her stellar customer service and competency as a realtor. We highly recommend Zen Coast Real Estate Team for buying and selling. They are proactive/resourceful, hardworking, ethical, and strategic; traits that you will need to succeed in this fast Bay Area market. Ask for Jennie Lok and Mindy Yasuda!

We couldn't be any more impressed with Teresa's thoroughness and responsiveness. Paperwork, offers, and communication was always prompt. We were able to jump on a time-sensitive opportunity, thanks to her highly-organized work. Teresa notified us immediately when a house we had identified became available. Within 18 hours of the house hitting the market, Teresa submitted our offer. Seven hours later, she had negotiated a verbal agreement. The next morning we had all the paperwork for the accepted offer completed. That was less than 48 hours from the house hitting the market to an accepted offer!Teresa's home region is centered in Pacifica, which was where we met her. We were so impressed with her communication that we asked her to help us in our search in San Francisco. She quickly got up to speed on the neighborhoods that were outside of her normal area.
