We met Teresa quite accidentally during a house-window shopping day. Something in her manner felt comforting and allowed us to open up about our fledgling plans. She was patient and helpful in answering our house-buying 101 questions. Soon after, our personal circumstances changed rather unexpectedly and within a few weeks we were signing the agreements. During this exciting yet anxiety ridden period and process of buying our first house, Teresa was both, our anchor and our sail. She was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with, guiding us with her knowledge but never pushing us in any direction. Her ethical and pragmatic manner helped us trust her and eventually ourselves to take this big step. I guess good agents are not hard to find in today's market. But I'm glad that we found a good agent that could don so many other hats - holding our hand at times, wagging the finger when needed and always staying attuned to our said and unsaid words as we tried hard to listen to both, our hearts and our heads. She was genuinely a part of our anxiety (will ours be the top offer?!), sadness (aah life..) and then our exuberant joy :)And her genuine care and diligence are the top reasons we recommend her.
