I can honestly say I've been waiting excitingly to complete this survey. Currently my family resides in Georgia. We decided to buy a home in Utah so my wife reached out to Zillow for assistance. Adrian Maco called quickly afterwards and based on that first communication we were comfortable enough to allow him to do the search for us. Seeing that we were in Georgia we entrusted Adrian with the task of searching for homes and most importantly giving us accurate assessments of them. With the area homes being in high demand he kept us calm and explained the situation. When our first target was selected. He recommended a superb inspector who completed an accurate report of the home. This proved to be vital as underlying issues were found and we moved on in our search. Again, he kept us in the loop of what was occurring in the market area. Late one evening he called us that a home just came on the market. He rated the home highly and gave us concrete reasons why. Within 90 minutes he was able to secure us a contract all while other buyers were preparing to tour the home in the coming days. Adrian visited the home and spent considerable time uploading the video(like he did with the first home). We were overjoyed with what we saw. Not only did he find us a home with the specs we wanted, it was exactly in the area we were hoping for. Again, all this while we were in Georgia and to add to the mix was the Coronavirus situation. As we progressed in this purchase the loan officers he recommended were top notch. Great customer service! They took the time to explain the process all while being incredibly friendly. Adrian kept tabs and worked with the sellers in making sure items were resolved and a warranty secured. We got to sign the final paperwork here in Georgia(with an awesome Notary) and again helped us by doing a walk thru afterwards and making sure keys were secured. Even after the sale any questions we have or help we need he has not hesitated in responding. For those who need a friendly, professional and knowledgeable agent Adrian Maco is the person you should select. When we finally our able to make our move to Utah we look forward to shaking his hand and saying thank you in person.

I would recommend Adrian to anyone, except my enemies. I would tell my enemies to sell by owner. Our story: We had started to prepare our home to sell back in early 2020. Although we knew we could sell our home as-is, we wanted to put something really great on the market. Our ROI (return on investment) would be high in the real estate market. We had a lot of stuff to do, like repainting, reflooring, and fixing things throughout the house. It took us a year and we encountered unexpected obstacles along the way. Through this whole time, Adrian would take us to houses at our request, even though we all knew that we couldn't put in a serious offer at the time, on account of our glaring contingency. But Adrian would still agree to these showings. Adrian answered SO many questions about these houses, and what he didn't know, he would ask the responsible parties and forward us the answer. We chose Adrian to be our buying AND our selling realtor. He knows his stuff. We priced our house low on his recommendation, and we had SO many people come through on our opening weekend. We got seven offers in four days. He showed us, not only the dollar amounts people were offering, but also the terms they brought to the table. He was able to spot sloppy and incomplete offers, as well as those with unfavorable terms. We went under contract from the best offer, which included great terms and a great price. Our blood, sweat, and tears of repairs and restoration for that year paid off. A mere two weeks after we went under contract with our home, we found a great home for sale in another city close by. Adrian arranged everything, from the showing to the closing signing. I would recommend Adrian to be anyone's realtor, even if I were under the influence of truth serum.
