First off, I cant say enough good things about our experience buying our first home through Carlie. We had dealt with another realtor for several months with seemingly zero progress toward reaching our goal of home ownership, but after the first couple conversations with Carlie, we knew she understood exactly what we wanted and that she genuinely wanted to see us in the house that WE loved, not just the one she wanted us to love. Carlie was proactive through the entire process, sending us an update (sometimes several) almost every day, at the same time never making us feel like she was simply spamming us with useless information. She was always there if we had a question or concern, didnt matter what time or day of the week it was. Most of all, she was willing to sit down and patiently explain exactly how the process would go from start to finish. She has an extensive network of contacts as well...in fact, had it not been for her connection with a local lender (who happened to be a VA Loan expert), we probably wouldnt have been able to purchase our home in the first place. I dont usually write reviews, but the service and personal care that Carlie provided was so above and beyond our expectations that I cant help but recommend her to anyone and everyone that is even THINKING about buying a home.
