Renata was such a thrill to work with. She is so knowledgeable of the DC and VA markets and took the time to educate us as first-time home buyers. She was always flexible with her schedule and helped us hone in on what we were really after in our first home.We were able to find the perfect home because of Renatas attention to detail in the offer-writing process. We put in a few offers during the toughest market period (the pandemic house boom), but Renata always helped us tweak our offer to stand out. Renata even went the extra mile and reached out to several homeowners who may have been considering to sell their home once we narrowed down our search to one neighborhood. In the end our winning bid landed us our dream home. She was there from the first visit to weeks afterwards, checking in on us. Renata led me through the purchase/sale of my third home in DMV and she once again went above and beyond my expectations. Her professionalism and attention to detail always lead to a successful outcome. In my latest sale, I was not sure when I should put my home up for sale, if the home was ready to go on the market, and how to sell a home during COVID. I met with Renata and she built a very workable schedule. Renata also did a walk-through of my home and identified items I needed to improve prior to putting the home on the market. In addition, Renata staged my home and greatly improved the appearance of my home. For COVID, Renata put a sign at my front door asking prospective buyers to wear a mask. I appreciated the application which notified me by text anytime a prospective buyer made an appointment to see my home. This notification enabled me to leave the home when buyers toured. The result, I had 8 offers and the home sold in three days. Once sold, Renata guided me through the selection of a buyer, home inspection, neighborhood association process, appraisal, final walk-through and closing. Whenever I would ask Renata a question, I would get an immediate response by text or phone call, which I appreciated.
