Jon is an outstanding agent. He explains everything in great detail, is quick to respond, knowledgeable about everything in the process, and truly looks out for his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy! During our first contact, Jon asked questions about what I was looking for and where, as well as what I was flexible on and what my hard nos were. He instantly got to work finding houses that fit the criteria I set up, and he started showing me houses soon after. While showing my houses, he was extremely honest about the state of the house, what I would need to fix soon or what I would need to replace later (such as the HVAC system, filters, plumbing, etc) and gave me his honest opinion on the house, but never tried to push me towards one house or another. When I found a house I liked, Jon was able to get it under contract that day! He recommended some things to negotiate on, checked to see if we were on the same page, and did everything he could to benefit me as a buyer. That resulted in the purchase price decreasing for me! Jon was at the inspection, negotiated with the seller on the fixes that needed to occur, made sure those fixes were completed, and got all of the paperwork for closing finished extremely fast. Because of Jon, I was able to close early, and only spent 30 days from contract to close. Jon also has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to recommendations for anything. Literally everything. Contractors, plumbers, neighborhood food spots, areas to check out; he really does his research! To reiterate what I said earlier, Jon is fantastic and I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.
