When my wife and I decided to buy our first home, we had no idea what we were doing or who to talk to. We decided one day to go to an open house which happened to be ran by Kylee MacCracken of The Dawn Rushton Group. Even though we weren't too interested in the open house after seeing it, we asked Kylee a ton of questions and probably spent more than an hour with her. She really helped us understand how the market was going and what the process was.Kylee was always helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns we had and we were never pushed towards a house we weren't comfortable with. She always listened to the kind of things we were looking for and when we found my wife was pregnant in the middle of the process, it changed some of the things we needed, like we needed to start looking at bigger houses and ones near a good school. We felt bad for asking to see so many houses, but Kylee never showed frustration with our indecision and was always more than happy to give us tours.Even after our home purchase, she has continues to help us coordinate with the other agent and seller to get some items removed or fixed on the house, and didn't just ignore us because she was done with the sale.If I could rate Kylee higher than a 5 I would. She made the process as stress free and smooth as possible. I hope she is still a realtor when I am looking for a house in the future.

We are out of state buyers. Kyle was our agent and is now our friend. From the first conversation long distance he got what we wanted and was on it right away. Long distance buying during Covid could have been a nightmare's but he was willing to go above and beyond. He walked through the homes with his phone showing us every nook and cranny. Flushed toilets, checked under sinks, you name it he did it. Upon closing he even picked us up at the airport so we could surprise our kids. He worked his magic with the creative offers. With multiple offers (12) some more than 30,000 over ours he got us our home. Only 3/4 of a mile from our kids, top priority and one story living on a half acre. Turnkey for a great competitive price. We couldn't be more happy. He was the best and we have worked with several agents over the years.I recommend the BEAN TEAM!!!!!!
