We met Chris by chance on a trip to the Conway area when we wanted to view a local listing. We were really just "kicking the tires" and we knew right away that Chris had the knowledge of the area, the patience to help us find just what we wanted and the negotiating skills to make sure we didn't overpay.We looked at dozens of properties and since we lived out of state, Chris would even take the time to go view a property he thought we might like and "Facetime" us in.He finally helped us find the right property and he dealt with a VERY difficult property owner who was also the real estate broker and got us to the closing table, where he presented us with a very thoughtful house warming gift. All in, I couldn't recommend Chris and his expertise enough. You will be very pleased if you decide to work with him.

Chris sold my son's house in less than a month so I asked my son to call him and ask him if he would go to my house which is over an hour away. Chris called me right away and we met to go over things the next day. He came to my house which by the way had been rented to my 25 year old son for 3 years. As far as I was concerned I was embarrassed the house was not in as great a shape as when I had left it. Chris suggested I have the house painted inside he also suggested not to replace the rugs as people have their own ideas on rugs.....downstairs I had a big room with paint on concrete he suggested I put tile down on that and bring it through to the hallway and stair landings. Chris did his homework and gave me a high and a low price to start on the house, To be honest, I thought i'd be lucky to get the low price and make a few dollars maybe to pay off a credit card. I did everything Chris suggested, and he has an amazing photographer that he uses and to be honest, after I saw the pictures I almost wanted to move back there, they came out fabulous. After we saw them we decided to go and put the house on at the high end of price range Chris had come up with. Chris put the house on the market on a Tuesday with an open house on that Saturday he had many calls asking to see the house before Saturday but he kept firm at not letting anyone see it, he told me that it would cause a lot of interest for the open house. BUT before the open house, we had a full offer and we had so much interest and if I remember we had another offer before the open house. Chris called me the morning of the open house to let me know he was on the way there, he sent me pictures of all the cars that were waiting on the street for 10am when the open house started and then on the way home called me to let me know we had a lot of interest and promise of more offers so that night we had gotten 3 more offers most for full asking price but there were a couple of offers over asking. We ended up taking one of those offers, we got $11,000 over asking price. I was amazed and it was all due to Chris, all his homework he knew what he was doing he gave me some awesome advice, his photographer is the best, he listened to all my fears, treated me like I was his only client, ( I was not) my meaning is that whenever I texted him to call me he responded in minutes, when I was overwhelmed he calmed me down he is so nice, so knowledgeable, and now he is family I would recommend him 150 percent he is just the best.
