Hello there,I dont know the other side of the stories related to those horrible negative comments here. But I do not believe them. I purchased 3 houses within 7 years, all from Nancy. I am constantly in touch with her as I have 4 rental properties and she advises me when I ask. She REALLY knows the business and yes, she is very aggressive - which I personally think its great! She is a warrior and on my side ;-) I dont do anything related to real estate before consulting her. It is very hard to trust in realtors in Miami. She knows her stuff. She will work for you and fight for you. If my family is in a good financial situation now, is because of her. She not only sold us houses, she coached us thru the process and this is golden! I consider myself very well educated now because of her sharing her knowledge with us.When I met Nancy in a house showing I had another realtor and I dropped her right away to work with Nancy. I felt that she could help us! My husband and I were buying out first home. She is loyal, she really knows the business, she won't sugar coat anything, she will be very honest, even if it hurts to hear. But she is amazing! She negotiated our first house in 2012 - I was dreaming of my first house buying but she made me see that specific house (a duplex fixer upper) was going to put us in a great financial place eventually so then I could look for the dream one. She helped during the renovation process with reliable and inexpensive contractors that we still work with.She convinced us to buy that first house with NUMBERS, proving that was a good deal, not with sweet talk. That house today is worth 2.5 times more - thanks to Nancy and her team.I know her family, they are very nice! I know where she is coming from. She is not mean, she is just straight forward and some (ego) sensitive people just can't take the truth! I dont think its easy to be a serious real estate professional in Miami with so many "wanna be's" out there. I would think she needs to "kill a lion" a day.. I'm very happy to have her professional and personal care on my side.BIG THANKS NANCY!
