Tracy was very helpful to initially suggest various homes for me to get more hands on with the market and determine the kind of home Im looking for. Despite her busy schedule with multiple clients, she checks in occasionally and does her best in clearing up any questions I had, especially for paperwork. Her network and experience with lenders, inspectors, other real estate agents, etc. also provides a smoother process for pre-approval, making offers, and especially after winning an offer for a home. Her encouragement is also vital as it is never an easy period when trying to initially buy a house as a first-time homebuyer. I also did my own homework and research due to the current period in real estate at this time and took my own initiative on looking around in open houses and expediate my understanding of the market, my budget, and the key factors I look for in a house. The market is extremely fast paced at this time and so it is very helpful to do some homework first to avoid being as overwhelmed as possible. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience with Tracy and would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a home and also take some initiative.
