When my husband and I relocated to Austin for our jobs in 2016, we quickly realized finding an affordable house close to work and in a good location would be a challenge. Brandy spent an entire day taking us to various parts of town, discussing the pros and cons (traffic, property value trends, etc.) and showing a sampling of houses so we knew how far our budget would go in each area. She assisted throughout the buying process asking the right questions to make sure we made thoughtful choices and remained mindful of our top priorities. Brandy guided us to a perfect home within our budget that met all of the criteria. She continued to be a part of our lives, providing references during our remodel, and advising on the upgrades that would most likely ensure a return on our investment. One year later, it came as a huge surprise to learn that we would be moving once again with for company; there was no question on our choice for a realtor! Brandy once again proved her value by marketing and staging our home, resulting in multiple offers and a sale price well above asking. We were even able to recoup all of our remodel dollars due to the sound advice she had provided.
