Hes a good and honest, warm hearted family man who takes the time to assess your situation and the goals you have in mind. He helped us determine where to start with getting our family home ready for sale! He knows the true meaning of sentimental value one has for a family home, while at the same time he helped us make decisions that increased our market value by over 12% by doing things which were within reason and our abilities! He helped us with everything, from having it thoroughly inspected, to his professional expertise and experience in determining what was most important in how to prepare the home for sale! He took his time, from assessing and working with us on even the small things that were important to us, as you can imagine there would be since it was our family home for over 45 years! The Magic became Real when he presented our home so nicely that our first showing was our first offer, which resulted in a Pending Sale within a week! Aaron walked us through every step of the closing process and 38 days later we closed at Full asking price, without a hitch!
