Working with Liz was amazing! Her intimate knowledge of the area and the market is excellent. More importantly she was great to work with. First, she ensured we had the house ready to sell aEUR" lots of up front work to ensure we were ready for serious buyers. She kept me up to date on the process with lots of details; more than simple details like step 1, step 2, etc. She knows the details of each step and was able to answer all of my questions - I am a SemiConductor guy with a bit of OCD so I ask a lot of questions with a lot of details - she was great. Also, she was available throughout the day via phone, text, and email - all mediums were utilized which made the communication even better and more expeditious. I think it is also important to note that I had friends in the area selling their houses at the same time and they struggled (still struggling). I had more viewings in a week than they had in months - this is a Realtor issue IMO. If you are looking for a Realtor with the experience you need Liz is your professional. You will not be disappointed and you will sell your house.
