My sister and I purchased our first home in Tracy in 2008. To our delight, she is getting married at the end of this year so we decided to sell our home so that she and her new husband can start their lives together on their own. A few years prior to her engagement however, I came to know Mr. Jack Klemm by the very fast manner in which a home right next door to me sold within a week of posting the for sale sign on that lawn, and I knew that if ever I would purchase more property or sell this property I owned with my sister, I would remember this name, Jack Klemm Real Estates. Boy was I impressed!! And without any way of predicting what would happen in advance, the opportunity came up to actually sell our property now that my sister was starting a new life. Needless to say, there was no other person I was willing to contact and trust this process to other than Mr. Klemm. You know the saying, first impressions are the most lasting ones, and that was my first of impression of him, selling that property the way in which it sold. So, I contacted him and the minute he stepped into our home, I could feel the passion this man has for what he does. Buying or selling a home is a very huge step with lots of moving parts to it and you want to have someone who is extremely familiar with each and every one of those moving parts. He is exactly that person. Mr. Klemm listed our property and with every challenge we faced from the listing date of June 18th to the close of escrow October 2nd, he stood in front of it and led with integrity, expertise, wisdom and a dedication that just doesnt exist always in this area of business. I say that because our initial buying experience for this home took on some turns that just were not met with the same efficiency, dedication and integrity with which Jack Klemm provided us with in the selling experience. IF you are looking for honesty, integrity, dedication, passion and commitment to excellence, then you are looking for Jack Klemm to handle your real estate venture. We didnt just sell our home, we gained a friend, someone we want at the upcoming wedding because he was genuine and offered himself fully to this piece of property even though we knew he has other properties. You will be made to feel that yours is the exclusive one, to me thats a gift. He made sure we felt he was caring for us the way he would care for his own property. When Im ready to purchase a home again for my daughter and I, you can believe that Jack Klemm will be the only person I work with, because he has proven to me that he cares, he is knowledgeable and very committed to the end. I have worked in customer service for 30+ years hence, I Iook for that outstanding customer service experience everywhere I do business and I found whats rare in this area of public service in Mr. Klemm. Some may say why so long of a review, and I say, its not long enough!! Thank you Jack Klemm for being who you simply are - rare, caring, knowledgeable, experienced, respected and definitely someone you want to keep in your life even when the business matter has ended. 5 stars is an understatement in my true opinion.

In addition to his real estate agent profession, Jack is also acting as a project manager for us as we are out of state. Jack interviewed several kinds of contractor to help us replacing carpet, adding new paint, taking care of roof, the kitchen, the yard, has professional photographer to take shots. He even offers complimentary inspection so that we know what to fix and dress up the house so that it can attract more people. He did net us over 10% higher on our asking price with multiple offers and a bidding war. During the process, Jack has guided us through all the unknowns, even providing some tax help, and the market timing. I have never seen an agent so professional, so knowledgeable, so dedicated to his client. I would highly recommend his service to other persons looking for real estate help.
