I feel very fortunate to have found Kamala Shanks when looking for a new home in Fort Collins. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we looked at homes over several weeks and educated us on the challenges in the market, what we could expect to experience as a buyer in our market, and guided us in making reasonable offers (and moving too quickly) when we became very "excited" on possibly overpriced homes.In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Kamala was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. Kamala was always available and very responsive whenever we had a question (no matter how big or small the question).
