Finding a home in a market like the one we're in right now is pretty challenging. When we went to sell our home in Michigan it sold within a week of being on the market with multiple offers. Ultimately, when we moved to Colorado, we knew that being on the flip side of the experience may be a little more challenging. With that, we knew that we would need a good realtor with a lot of experience to ensure that we wouldn't be stuck in a rental forever.We did our research and found Kamara Shanks, she was well known in the Fort Collins area and seemed to have a good reputation. Once we were ready to start looking for our home, we contacted her and set up a showing for 5 homes. The process was great, she was organized, knew the neighborhoods and the area and was well aware of what to look for since we were new.After looking at those 5 homes, we put an offer on one (from what we had heard about the market, we thought our chances of getting it were slim) However, to our surprise Kamara knew the other realtor well and had great experiences working with them. It was that relationship that allowed us to get the acceptance on our offer even though some of the others were higher than ours! Throughout the experience Kamara's time spent doing this showed through. She helped us navigate the whole process with the ease and knowhow you would expect from a great realtor. We had a great experience working with Kamara and I'm sure that you will as well.

We are from out of town hoping to find a second home in the mountains near Fort Collins area when we happen to call Kittle Real Estate. It was just pure luck that the agent on call was Steven Pfaadt. Besides looking at a home that would fit our needs we were hoping to find an agent that was honest, patient and willing to assist us in finding a home with the specifications we outlined. We were hoping for someone who would be willing to lookout for our interest not just just wanting to sell a home. We informed Steven that we would be in town on a particular weekend and he lined up three homes we might be interested in. We did see three homes that weekend, but we fell in love with the very first one Steven showed us. All three meet all the requirements we had.There was some negotiations and a lot of questions involved in making the final purchase of the home, but Steven did a fantastic job following up on behalf our interest. It was very helpful that during the entire process Steven had an open line of communication, kept us informed and provided critical documentation on the home so we could make a good satisfying decision on the purchase. Steven also recommended a home inspector that we were extremely satisfied with. We are very happy with our purchase and with Stevens assistance.
