I will start by saying I am a first-time homebuyer. I came with A LOT of questions, a lot of family with advice and opinions and a dream of owning a lake house. Kelsey navigated our partnership wonderfully. WIth older lake homes, there can be a lot of surprises during the inspection window and Kelsey helped me to understand what was happening, pulled out her Rolodex to connect me with local experts (always giving me 2-3 in addition to her #1 recommendation so I could do some price comparisons), and took the lead on coordinating schedules with plumbers, septic, sellers, and myself and kept me 100% informed along with way with status updates and decisions to make. I am writing this review comfortably in my new house - and guess what? Kelsey is STILL working with me on some loose threads even after the closing is finalized and the commission is paid. Kelsey is a true professional, a true partner and truly a gem! I highly recommend her!
