Tamara stepped into the middle of a trainwreck of a property listing and turned it into a great experience. Tamara was able to immediately provide advice on listing price, comparable sales, targeted buyers and realistic outcomes for our property. She understood how to list the house, and how to market it to the right buyers and did so very quickly. We, as sellers, were apprehensive about the process, as we had recently had a rocky experience with another agent, had recently moved out of state, and had a newborn baby at home. Tamara was patient, quick to respond, and understanding of our situation. She was honest about what to expect, about the process, and was able to guide us very confidently.
