Back in 2019 I continued my education at CSUMB and would travel to the Sacramento area multiple times to visit friends and do things for my internships at the time. As time went on I began to fall in love with the beauty of the Sacramento area, I am also a really big explorer and promised myself when I was done with school i would try a new area and that would be Sacramento area. I began my home search in the most busiest and most completive times!! I started off with one realtor back in January of 2022 but noticed that realtor at the time was just not a perfect match, and made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Being from a completely different area and trying to move to a completely NEW area having a trust worthy and understanding real estate agent who has a lot of patience was a big thing for me. I then found Kinship Real-estate and Klarissa Soto was the perfect match for me! I am truly grateful and thankful because i was really nervous on how i was going to adjust to a new area and where i would find my new home. She made everything so smooth, quick and easy. With so much knowledge of the current market she had she made sure to find the prefect home in which i truly love for myself!! Her communication skills, organization skills and tech savvy skills were all on point and right when i needed her she was there for me even in the later evenings of the days she was still on my side. Fast forward to today present day I have the home I am really in love with not only that but my first home which is a big thing for me at age 24 this is my bday gift to myself! I am ready to start a new journey here in the Sacramento area and thanks to her she helped me make this happen! I work in the mortgage industry myself she will definitely get refers from me and when it comes time to my second home she will be the first person I ill reach out to! Jenny was such a wonderful and amazing experience!! As homebuyers seeking property in an area we were unfamiliar with, Jenny personally took the time to explain everything that was needed to know throughout the home buying process. Coming from the Bay and looking for a home in the Sacramento area, we had so many questions from A-Z!
