By the time I came across Mardy I had been loooking for a house for over a year. To say the least, I was dismayed at the lack of enthusiasm and help I received from anyone I contacted. I had called Mardy to see a home that I had driven by and thought I may be interested in. Not only did she show me that home, but she found out exactly what I was looking for and came up with a few other options for me. She was constantly in contact with me over new options and possibilities, and she was always available whether by phone, text, or email. If I asked her a question that she did not know the answer to, she would find out and get back to me within the same day if not sooner. When I found a home, she walked me through the entire process and answered all of my silly questions. I understood what I needed to do and what was going on the entire time. She came to every inspection and appointment. When my pre-approval at my bank fell through she found a bank who was able to process my loan. Mardy is not your normal run-of-the-mill realtor. It's no wonder why her name is posted on almost every "For Sale" sign in town. She is by far the nicest, most professional, hardest working, and intelligent realtor that I have ever come across. I would recommend her to everyone and now even my parents are using her to help them sell their home!
