I rarely write online reviews, but I received such amazing service and support from Bryan Valenti that I want to strongly recommend him to others.A Over the years I've been through several other real estate transactions, but my last transaction was the most difficult by far.A I was looking for a very specific type of home in terms of the space that would work for me and my family, and was also looking in highly competitive areas in San Francisco.A Bryan worked with me for many months, with about six months of intense searching.A He was so patient and listened to what I wanted, and provided good feedback about the current market.A We put in many offers over that period but every time either my offer wasn't accepted because of my budget limits or we'd find something wrong with the situation.A He helped me navigate through this crazy San Francisco real estate market, making sure that despite the competitiveness I didn't overextend myself or get into a situation that I wouldn't like in the long run. My wife and I worked with Laena to buy our first home and she made the whole thing incredibly easy for us. As first time buyers, the process can be daunting and overwhelming, but Laena was with us every step of the way and we felt reassured we were in good hands. She is professional, personable, and knowledgeable about the Bay Area market. Communication was amazing and she was super responsive to our phone calls, texts, and emails, even on weekends and after hours - she made us feel like we were a priority and not just another number. My wife and I are very thorough people and we felt that Laenas attention to detail matched our own. We felt supported but never felt pressured or rushed during any part of the process. The other members of the team that we interacted with, Sierra and Lance, were also amazing. Whenever unexpected issues came up (not anyones fault), her team took care of it, often preemptively. The whole buying process was thus much smoother and faster than we had anticipated, in no small part due to everyone we worked with at King Realty.
