Overall my family?s experience with Kinetic Real Estate has been fantastic. They work as a team and it shows. Ray and Leo worked with my family to help find a house that was fitting for their situation. Ray went above and beyond in helping my family find a home that was fitting. Finding a home proved trickier than expected not only because of the hot housing market, but also because we had to find sellers that were willing to work with 100% financing. This however did not phase Kinetic Real Estate. Ray went above and beyond to make sure my family had their best chance at buying a home. He made himself available pretty much at any time. He made it seem like we were his only clients (I am sure he has many). No matter what questions we threw his way he found an answer. He encouraged us to keep our heads held high when being outbid by other buyers, ?on to the next one? he?d say. Ray made sure we knew all the facts about a home and the reality that offers had to be made, but never pressured us into making one. He negotiated and communicated with listing agents. He was transparent with us through the entire process. Once we found a home he continued to be there. He?d check in to make sure there were no additional questions or concerns and kept us updated on the behind the scenes progress. I would most definitely recommend Ray. He is professional, down to earth and very knowledgeable in his field.
