My home buying process started very smooth and easy. My fiance and I found the location we wanted to purchase at, as we were initially very picky. Jazmeen contacted the seller and recommended their preferred lender which helped with getting our monthly payments substantially lower, and we were able to watch our home build from the ground up. During the final months of building and preparing for closing we had a few hick ups with the timeline of completion and closing dates. Jazmeen was ensuring to keep us updated on the process and explained the barriers that we were facing. She advised us on how to best advocate on our beheld, as the process was drawn out for over 2 months than initially predicted. Jazmeen helped to facilitate the calls, in which we spoke with the regional managers regarding our issues. Thank you Jazmeen for helping to see us through and providing direction during this process!
