Samantha is everything you want in a realtor. She has all the intangible talents of a sales person and negotiator yet all the skills of a pragmatic business person. Samantha will do whatever is needed to sell the property, including relationships with all parties, negotiations for best outcomes and rolling up her sleeves to make sure the property and documents are ready. It was because of her that we sold ours as quickly as we did and at the best price possible. She was realistic yet ambitious in setting the selling price; also not too quick to bring it down nor wasting time with overpricing. She has extensive knowledge of the market and is that rare person who will actually give you information over the phone. Her communication skills and responsiveness are outstanding so you always know current status. We sold our house remotely, from out of town, but the way she represented us was as if we were there. And she took care of issues just like we would have as owners. To the point where she even ordered and paid for a key for the new buyers and cleaned out the owners closet day before settlement! We ran into some complications NO FAULT of Samantha's but she was boots on the ground to navigate thru all of them as if it was her property. Also managed a difficult schedule for showings as it had to be coordinated with our tenant, property managers and other realtors. Not to mention all the covid restrictions that were in place at the time which she handled very well. But she never lost enthusiasm for our sale even and we were VERY happy with the results.
