My boyfriend and I met Jodi at an Open House she was hosting in Barrington. That particular house was not the right house for us. And Jodi did not push it on us(the house has since sold to the right people). But she did ask what we were looking for in a house? I mentioned I was a Realtor in the past and that I felt I had a pretty good handle on how to look for houses on my own. She offered to just take our criteria - plug it into the MLS system -and have it automatically generate listings in our price range etc...She also promised not to call us:)I thought well what harm can that do? I just didn't want a Realtor hauntingus as a few had already begun doing from other Open Houses we went to. Low and behold the listing notification system was fabulous. The listings came right away when a new house came on the market. It was a better than me checking RI Living every night, especially with the market getting hot again. And so began a relationship. We would call Jodi(instead of her calling us:) if we sawsomething we liked. And we ended up looking at lots of houses with Jodi. Because our budget was considered low in our town it was not easy to find what we needed(3 bedrooms) within our price range. But Jodi was never negative. Shejust kept showing up at viewings and if the house wasn't right she never pushed it on us.She said, 'You will know when it is right." She said "not to worry- somethingwould come along." After months of searching and many hours investedby Jodi we found the one! She was right. We just had to be patient and she is the one who had the most patience.As I said, I was a Realtor in the past...I was a Realtor for 7 Years. I know how the system works and it is pretty cut-throat out there. Some Realtors will say anythingto get the sale. Jodi was the complete opposite! We trusted her so much we gaveher the listing to my boyfriend's mother's house and she did an awesome jobselling that too.We both strongly endorse Jodi.
