The worst experience ever!!!! Jennifer lacks communication and problem-solving skills when it comes to real estate transactions. She does not listen to her clients either. Very hard to get a hold of her. She was always busy during the day and occasionally difficult to listen to her on the phone when we called. She only communicated with us after 6pm. She must have a day time job and obviously real estate is not her priority. We were in contract for a condo in Pine Ridge Community. We ordered inspection report and paid for it. They were some safety issues mainly with electrical. We asked Jennifer to address the issues with the seller. Unfortunately, she refused and ignored our requests and just focused on the sale. She put the property back on the market and moved to the next buyer who offered more money. Jennifer is unprofessional, unethical, and sometimes rude. Will never do business with her or her broker and not recommended for any type of real estate buying or selling deal.
