I had to sell my Mom's house for her recently. Her home was in Florida and I live in Illinois. I was not very familiar with the surroundings of her neighborhood. I was blessed enough to have been given Mr. Pressman's name to help me. I can't fully express how thankful I am to have met him. From our initial meeting completely through the closing of my Mom's home, Mr. Pressman made me feel totally confident with his expertise. My husband and I live in Canada, and were familiarized with Scott through other Canadians who made purchases using his helpful knowledge and expertise in the realty industry with regards to the state of Florida. I made contact with Scott through email and advised that we were interested in buying a property for us to use now and throughout our retirement phase of life. We gave him perimeters regarding price only, and came to Florida for a four day adventure, during which Scott prepared several properties of varying sizes, locations, prices, and types. He picked us up and chauffeured us to these locations over the course of our brief stay, and once we located the property that we eventually purchased, he advised that it was not necessary that we make a decision immediately, and suggested we think about it for a bit of time in order to ensure that it was indeed what we were seeking. Upon our arrival back home, we contacted Scott and advised that indeed we were ready to make an offer, and proceeded to do so. Scott facilitated the proceedings and ensured that all went well, with no hiccups. One month later, we returned to Florida to sign our deal and we then became proud owners of a lovely 1800 square foot condominium, which sits on a beautiful golf course, overlooking one for the two pools that are in the small community where we now frequent every two months in order to get away from our daily routine to enjoy some lush greenery, and warm Florida sun and heat! To say that our experience was very favorable is an understatement.We have since invited several friends to come and join us for a few days, and as a result those friends also used Scott's services in order to purchase their own piece of the Florida sunshine!We continue to recommend Scott's services with the conviction that he will sincerely accommodate, to the best of his abilities. all those who are interested in making a real estate purchase.
