I recently had moved to Colorado and was in need of a house I looked on Zillow and found Sarah Jones. She contacted me within 10 minutes of clicking on her link. I felt very comfortable and confident with her knowledge. This wasn?t my first homebuying experience and I knew by the things she told me that this wasn?t her first time selling houses. Sarah listen to my needs . She found houses that would fit my budget and location. The housing market was quite competitive, houses were snapped up in a day but Sarah was on it We would spend hours out looking at houses. When new listing came up that fit my needs She?d called me in the morning and we?d meet in the afternoon. Sarah is a very pleasant,personable, funny, knowledgeable woman.When I was getting very discouraged Sarah reassured me to just hang in there . I did and she found me the perfect house. When I am in need of a realtor Sarah Jones will be my first and hopefully only option

We would highly recommend Matthew for any real estate needs. He's very personable and was awesome to work with on a couple of transitions of buying/selling of property. He was always willing to set up a time to view property and was wonderful about informing us of any showings on our property that was being sold. If we had any questions or concerns he would would advise or look into it if he didn't know the answer. He was outstanding with getting back with us in a very timely manner. Matt would also take the time to contact us if I might have overlooked an email that was sent. He's very thorough. He would contact us prior to our closings to make sure we were comfortable with everything. We're very impressed with Matthew and would and will work with him in the future if we have any other purchases/selling of property. He's an impressive individual all the way around.
