Obtaining a ?cottage? in the Irish Hills of Michigan has been a family dream. In 2020, we got serious and put the wheels in motion. First, we needed a realtor. We had come across a part-time realtor working in Toledo who suggested we reach out to Megan Koch. The comfort level we experienced with Megan was instantaneous. She got the gist of what we were looking for and went right to work. She didnt just get the particulars of what we were looking for but took a genuine interest in who we were as people. Once we were ready to proceed,Megan demonstrated a keen sense as to how to formulate a good offer, given the market. From there, she held our hands as we worked through the process. We didnt end up with what we necessarily were looking for - we got much more thanks to Megan. Working with Megan, you can tell she loves what she does and cares about the folks she is working with.
