I met Valencia Key through a close friend, and from the first time I met her she has been nothing short of a complete professional, truly understanding all the ins-and-outs. When I first met Valencia it was at my home located in the Rosedale neighborhood. A home that I bought back in 2004 and have been renting out since 2007. Needless to say, it was a property I really loved but was ready to let go so I can move on to the next one. I am the type of person who has many questions, even about things that may seem obvious, I still ask just to hear their response. Valencia was very patient and explained things so I could easily understand. Her knowledge of the Austin real estate market goes past most realtors I have dealt with. You would think she was born and raised right here in Central Texas. The sale of this home had several hurdles to jump through which isnt too unusual, but the way she guided me through the process put me at ease! I have already told her that she will be my realtor on my next purchase and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell in Central Texas.
