TARA IS AMMAZING! Highly recommend her!! Tara listed & sold a probate property I was responsible for liquidating as soon as possible. She listed and had me under contract within a 10 day period!! ! I was very inexperienced with probate matters & she understood my fiduciary duties and made sure I didn?t do anything stupid that wouldn?t be in the best interest of the beneficiary I was responsible for. She had legal paperwork, I didn?t even know I needed, drawn up for two separate issues. She protected me from potentially being sued in multiple ways. She guided me to a reasonably priced lawyer to handle the eviction of the inhabitants so the home could close quickly. There were many challenges for the buyer to obtain financing due to the damage at this property & Tara still managed to have us close on time! She gave excellent and detailed advice on what I needed to repair in order to pass an FHA inspection, and through following her explicit instructions I am now rid of a massive headache of a property. She is a straight shooter in all ways & every piece of advice she gave panned out! Additionally, she was doing the job of the buyer?s realtor as well ?telling him when and what paperwork he needed to file!
