My daughter was looking for a house to buy in Kerrville, Texas. We were driving around neighborhoods looking at homes with For Sale signs in the yard. We found an interesting home and called the listing agent. As it was a weekend, we were unable to reach anyone. We must have called 10 realtors, none of whom were available, until we got Lynn. She made arrangements for us to see the house within the hour. My daughter finally found a house and Lynn was great to work with.When I decided to look for a home it made sense to call Lynn. I found a listing on Zillow and called her. She told me there was a contract on that listing but a similar property was available. She offered to show me that day, even though it was New Years Eve and she and her husband were on their way out of town. I loved it so much I decided to make an offer. She delayed her trip to stay and make the offer. Before the weekend I had an accepted offer. The purchase process went off without a hitch and I have now spent 3 nights in my new home! I highly recommend Lynn to anyone needing a realtor in this area.
