As first time homebuyers, we came into this with little to no knowledge of this process. We had absolutely no idea where to even start. Not only did Mel have to deal with first time homebuyers, she had to deal with first time homebuyers in the middle of complete chaos. Mel did an amazing job with dealing with our multiple questions, countless texts and phone calls, and our continuous back and forth when it came to decision making. Never once did Mel turn her back and walk away. We felt that we could put complete trust in her with her recommendations and decisions, and that was huge for us with it being our first time. Trying to do everything via phone is never easy, but doing it with a couple who hasn?t experienced it before could not have been harder, but you would have never known. Mel was very good at listening to exactly what we wanted and always kept us in the loop with what was going on. My fiance and I 100% recommended her to anyone one who is going through the home buying process. It?s a very stressful and emotional time, but with Mel by your side you never have to question her intentions or trust.
