This was our families second time buying a home, and we have had some other real estate transactions in the past. Connie has been the best realtor we have worked with. She wa every responsive and accommodating to our schedules to look at a variety of properties. She listened to what we were looking for and always gave very constructive and relevant observations about the houses we were looking at. It never felt pushed or rushed. When it came time to make an offer on the house she did her research and helped create a fair offer based on the current market conditions. Once we had the accepted offer she continued to help us through the inspection and closing, keeping everything on track and moving ahead. We did our final walk through, and without my wife or I saying anything , she recognized something wasn't right. She then worked with the other agent to make sure things would be right by the time we move in.
