Although only familiar with the Myrtle Beach area of SC --- oh, what a surprise to discover Mt. Pleasant. Noell made himself accessible and showed us all to see. He worked with us for several months (.....and right through to closing......and beyond). We had our eye on an area that we eventually purchased for a quite reasonable price. Noell was in constant contact with us (facetimed the property, conference called with builders), always keeping us informed of new, changed and promising listings. During the 6 months between purchasing the home and physically moving to SC, Noell peaked in on our property from time to time and kept us informed as to what was needed (lawn care, thermostat changes, etc). I couldn't more highly recommend Noell and Kellermann Smith for their superior, professional and effective business relations.
