We ran into Harvey in an open house (we had just started looking for a house and were trying to finalize location and agent). And i MUST say , how lucky we were to find Harvey. He immediately set up time and went through what we were looking for and what we needed (different from other realtors who just want to sell a house to you). He worked with us through the pandemic and helped us find our new ?home?. I remember he was traveling back from a trip one day and he immediately showed up to an open house we wanted to go - shows how committed he is. He helped us understand the market, gain knowledge on real estate and house basics and also connected us with people we needed for everything related to the process. If it weren?t for Harvey, we would be struggling for multiple things. Harvey makes sure that you get what you need ! I am glad he is my realtor, neighbor and friend. Thanks Harvey for everything. We had the privilege of working with Harvey Yelen during our recent relocation. Harvey represented us in the sale of our home and was an outstanding realtor. He really went above and beyond to help us secure a buyer. This included him reaching out to the local tax assessor to inquire about the status of our appeal and to gain some critical information. Because he went this extra mile, the tax appeal progressed after being stalled for 18 months, resulting in a major reduction in our taxes. This was critical to the sale of our home since the feedback we received was that the house was wonderful, but the taxes were too high. His actions directly resulted in securing a buyer for the home, which he also did by going the extra mile with interested parties. Harvey also was there for us and assisted throughout the entire process. Since we had already moved out of state, Harvey also went above and beyond on numerous occasions to meet various people at the house. He was a consummate professional throughout the entire process.
