Mary Ann is a true professional. We met Mary Ann at an open house early on in our home search. She was not pushy and gave us lots of valuable information prior to us even hiring her. Once we decided to move forward with her services, she was available 24/7. She had expert knowledge of not only the Yardley, Newtown, Langhorne area (which is the area we concentrated our efforts on) but of each and every home my wife and I asked to see or inquire about. This was especially critical in one instance where we were very interested in a home, but because of past failed stucco tests, which were not published, she steered us clear. Without her knowledge, we could have gotten ourselves into an expensive real estate nightmare. When it came down to negotiating the home we purchased, she was unwavering in her tactics and skills. In the end, we purchased our dream home at a price that was below our budget and within expectations. I would highly recommend Mary Ann to others out there looking to buy or sell a home.
