Dave it the Best in the Business when it comes to real estate! He not only knows just about everything there is to know about real estate and home mortgages (a HUGE bonus when dealing with real estate!) But He's extremely kind and has only one desire and that's to get His clients into the home that best fits all of there needs! Dave did just that and far exceeded all of that with my home buying procedures! I asked Him to put an offer in on a property because of my excitement to even think about buying, but then He led me to an even better property that was not only more practical but it was even closer to my Mothers Home (which was important to me,) and He kept it within the budget I had asked Him to AND He helped me get the best interest rate for my loan! As a retired military member (Navy) and having a child serve in the military (Marines), hearing that Dave was a Marine peaked our interests.
