I've known Chris for a few years and have leaned on him for advice as things have come up but I always knew that when it was time to buy our forever home he was the guy that was going to help us. Well the time has come and we decided to move out of the city but we wanted to do it between the school years as to not disrupt the kids too much. Unfortunately that landed us in a very rough market and time was not on our side which made the need for someone like Chris all that more important. I believe we looked at 6 houses when we found the one. Chris handled the negotiations and his team helped with the paperwork. It could not have gone smoother. I refer Chris and his team to all my family and friends with full confidence. My wife and I feel very fortunate to have the Hvostal Group on our team and we'll be working with them for all our future real estate endeavors.

Chris was everything we could ask for. To begin with, he correctly identified the real value of our home, which was far higher than we had imagined! In that sense, he made us over 100K extra right from the start. He was incredibly responsive to any question or concern we had in regard to the process or the home: it rarely took him more than 2 or 3 minutes to respond when we contacted him. (Seriously). Of course, we had to do some prep, but he recommended excellent, very reasonable people. He also made good judgments advising us on what to do and what not to do. What we did paid off. What we didnt cost us nothing.The process went as smoothly as it could. He and Maddie guided us through some out-of-left-field title concerns. They did all the necessary work on that score.All in all, he recognized the trend in the market, and knew how to portray our house as fitting the trends. We had offers. Sold for full price in a scary short amount of time. Couldn?t have gone any better.
