I cannot say enough about how good Alisa is as an agent. We were referred to her through friends that had also used her for a home purchase a few years ago. Prior to that, we were just showing up to open houses and looking around online because we had no idea who we wanted to work with, we have high standards and are almost always let down. Alisa is that rare agent who can deliver to the most demanding client and let you relax with the knowledge that shes got you covered. She listened to our needs and wants, recommended towns and areas that we knew nothing about, developed a sixth sense for our likes and dislikes, showed endless patience and even worked her magic to get us access to properties that had no access! If there was a new listing, we knew about it as soon as it came out. If there was an issue with location or some other flaw, she already knew about that too. We knew we were difficult clients and she didnt even blink an eye meeting our needs and finding us that perfect house. It didnt end there either, after the offer, she walked us through the entire process, answered every question, and worked to negotiate every last detail of the sale. She may have started out our agent, but at the end I called her a friend, you couldnt possibly be in better hands.
