We were so fortunate to have found Real Estate Agent Christine Finch Oleynick to help us rent our home twice and then sell it. We first met her in October 2018 when we had to move back to California with a short one-month timeline. Christine found us a renter with no lost time! Then 18 months later, she was on it again. Without any lost time, she found us another family to rent our home during the COVID-19 restrictions time. We were saved by Christines unending determination to assist us during such a challenging time. But it gets better. During our rental period to this new family, Christine was aware of the rental end date and our need to eventually sell the property. Christine found us a buyer without any lost time a third time! As our Realtor, Christine helped us understand Connecticut renters and sellers markets. Coming from California, these processes were very new and different to us, yet Christine educated us every step of the way. What impressed us most about Christine is her unending resolve to help her clients and the other side as well to ensure everyone is working together. She is hardworking, fair, honest, and enthusiastic. She never gives up and she is responsive with all forms of communication. We always knew were we stood with completing our transactions. Christine made our rental or sale processes simple and successful. The best part about working with Christine was that we felt she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding solutions that met our needs. We never felt she was more interested in closing a deal. We will recommend Christine to anyone! On a more personal level, we now consider Christine a good friend. She went above and beyond as an agent and this demonstrated to us that she leads life with a good heart. One example I can provide is that we were trying to furnish our home to rent as a fully furnished property. Christine rolled up her sleeves and found furniture to lend us! This was a touching gesture to us. She saw a need and helped us a friend. I love the fact that our home sold, but I am most happy about meeting Christine.
