I had worked with three different realtors and one was even a friend. I was not happy with any of them. It seemed to me that they were more interested in making the sale than my happiness. So I was referred to Xavier by my best friend. He took over right away but in a good way. I told him what I was looking for and he got to work. We looked at a few houses but none really stood out. Then on a Saturday he called me and told me that he had the "house for me." We saw it that day and he was right...it was for me! I fell in love with it....we got together, wrote a letter and got everything ready. We put in an offer that Monday and there were already 3 other offers. I told Xavier that I really wanted that house..it was the only one that made me feel at home. After some heavy negotiating....my offer was accepted. I moved in a little over a month later and I have never been happier. Xavier is the most knowledgeable, patient (I tend to be a little picky) and honest realtor that I know.
