My husband and I cant possibly express the sincere gratitude we feel toward Mike Eagle for all he and his team did to help us through our home selling and buying process. Mike and his team spent a majority of 2019 helping us through selling two houses and buying our dream home! When we brought Mike our situation, he was more than happy to take on the challenge and helped us understand the process wed be going through. We relied on Mikes expertise and direction to help price and strategize the sale process of both homes. He exceeds expectations by selling one home for full ask before it hit the MLS and selling the other for close to ask within days of going live on the MLS. As he and his team worked through the sale transactions, he worked with us for months, showing us almost every home that hit the market meeting our criteria. Once we finally found the perfect home, we again relied on Mikes expertise to help us ensure we were positioned as the most attractive buyer. We followed his lead and again, he provided us with the news we had hoped to receive! I couldnt have asked for a better outcome for our situation and appreciate Mike spending a majority of the year with us. Some of the qualities that set Mike apart as a realtor are his honesty, relateability, and trustworthiness. He listened to our needs and patiently answered our questions. He was never pushy with us, but kept in contact and was always reachable. Mike and his team are true professionals in the business. Id be remiss if I didnt specifically call out the support Karyn Norton provided as well. She shares many of the above qualities and is a true expert with the transaction side of the process. We are so thankful for all Mike and his team did to get us through the process and settled in to our new home. I would confidently recommend Mike to family and friends.
