We were looking at several locations for a retirement home to be purchased before we retire, but while the market is still reasonable. In each town we found a realtor by chance and spent several days with them. Phillip was the only one who followed through after our visit with new listings that might be of interest. Walla Walla was the destination we chose, not because of Phillip, but he made our search and eventual purchase so much easier. Both times we came to town he had everything set up for us with our limited schedule and allowed time so that if we did find something we would be able to act.Now that the sale is complete we continue to get assistance from Phillip as we are visiting and getting the new home, which is not currently our primary residence, in shape. He knows a lot of local businesses and we have gotten great referrals for things like electrical contractors. He has even received mail order packages we sent prior to our arrival and has helped out with picking up an item too large for our rental car.This is a small town and we will count Phillip as a friend as we become part of the community! This is a place where people help each other out and Phillip is certainly one of those who continue this tradition.
