My wife and I chose Kevin to be our selling/buying agent for selling our home in the 55+ community of Palm Grove. Kevin was eager to sign on to be our agent. We met with Kevin at our home to go over the ins and outs of selling our home and buying another home. He fully explained the process thoroughly covering every aspect, answering all of our questions. We listed our home for sale, Kevin then enlisted his own photographer to take pictures of our home. The pictures were awesome, and were part of the reason our home was under contract in 2 days.
